･Reservations should be considered final only upon receipt of the confirmation message (the message is not an automated reply but is sent by a Shigetsu representative, so it may require several days to arrive).

- One day prior to a confirmed reservation: 50% of the price of the lunch
Same day as a confirmed reservation: 100% of the price of the lunch
